Fit Camp

Season Kick Off: May 3rd 

Format: Co-Ed Beginner & Intermediate Course. 

Season: Super Social Sports Fit Camp lasts for 4 weeks with three different weekly camps to meet your busy schedule. 

Three registration options: 

Option 1: Early Bird
Mon., Tues, & Wed. 
6-7AM

Option 2: Night Owl
Mon., Tues, & Wed 8-9PM

Option 3: Weekend Warrior
Every Saturday 
8-10am

Week 1 - Focus: Lower Body/Core Strength
Week 2 -Focus: Upper Body/ Core Strength
Week 3 - Cardio Strength
Week 4 - Team Competitions 

What to Bring:  Water, yoga mat/large towel, dumb bells, and work out gloves (optional).

About the Trainer:

Sara Ochoa began her career as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness in Houston in 2006. Sara later moved back to Austin to finish school at Texas State, where she is currently obtaining her BS in Exercise Science- with Emphasis in Physical Therapy.  Sara will stay at Texas State for her DPT. 

Growing up as an athlete, Sara’s always loved fitness and enjoys training people with a passion for sports and fitness.   Her strategy of working hard while having fun proven to bring results.

Sara’s eager to meet everyone and get started with us Super Social Fitness Lovers.
